No. lsmcarluxury.com is an entirely static website: it has no member areas, requires no registration, uses no databases and runs no system of any kind that receives or stores information about visitors. As you browse the fleet, destination and guide pages, no personal data is collected, transmitted or retained.

The quote request form also works entirely on your device: whatever you type is used solely to compose the text of a WhatsApp message, directly in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is saved anywhere. If you close the page without sending the message, that text simply disappears.

When you tap a WhatsApp button or send the message composed by the quote form, you leave our website and enter the WhatsApp platform, operated by Meta. From that point onwards the conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy: Meta processes data under its own terms, over which we have no control. Any data you choose to share in the chat — your name, rental dates, destination, any documents requested at the quotation stage — is processed by AUTO M solely to answer your enquiry and prepare your quotation. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use this data for marketing purposes, we do not pass it to third parties, and we keep it only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet any legal obligations that follow from it.

The same principle applies: by writing to lsm.luxurycar@gmail.com you voluntarily share your address and whatever your message contains. We use that information only to reply and deal with your enquiry. There are no newsletters, no marketing lists and no automated systems that reuse your contact details for any other purpose.

The mailbox is hosted on Gmail, so messages pass through Google's systems under the terms of that service — exactly as with any ordinary email correspondence. We keep conversations for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any contractual relationship that follows, after which they can be deleted on simple request.

No. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool built to respect privacy: it sets no cookies, writes no data to your device, performs no browser fingerprinting and does not track users across different sites. All we see is aggregated, anonymous data: how many visits a page receives, which countries traffic comes from in overall terms, and which types of browser or device are used.

These figures serve one purpose only: understanding which content is useful and improving the site. They cannot be traced back to you as an individual and are never cross-referenced with other sources. There are no advertising pixels, no embedded third-party services and no profiling tools of any kind on this website.

For any data you share with us via WhatsApp or email, you hold all the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. In practice, you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted.
